100 Days of Ministry
Michelle over at 33 Names of Grace has a good post up about the first 100 days of ministry in a new appointment. An encouraging read for others in new appointments, I think. I'm on day 39...

Thanks for sharing that link. I'm a clergywoman in a new appointment (day 103) and I thought she described it beautifully. I wrote about it myself on my blog. Good luck getting to 100!
